  Reception desk is beautiful surrounded by amazing art work however the staff is moody and unless you have a black visa, you're just another "job to do". The old cabañas need some work but pool side one are amazing.

  Beautiful hotel but food and attention vas really bad the all inclusive system is bad. Bad drinks and bad food.

  Im giving this place 3 starts because the food is not that great. Plus if you get all inclussive certain drinks do not count , like a bottle of water for example !
