We love Chillies. Here you can stay in a rustic cabin and go diving or walk the nearby beach. Native Sons dive company onsite. Best experience ever. Going back to Hotel Chillies soon. Cheers!

I loved the place, nice cabins perfect to chill and have a get away weekend. There's the most amazing tropical garden you get to walk every time you go to your cabin. If diving is what you're looking for, they have a dive shop attached to the property with there own boat.
The service is great and honest, I happen to forgot my wallet outside the cabin and they return it with all the cash in it.

I stayed here for a few days recently to take my advanced open water course. The shared cabins are a good budget option, specially if you are traveling with one or two more people. They have an adequate small kitchen and bathroom. Kind of basic friendly accommodations with a fan and no AC. If you are in Roatan to scuba dive, like I was, this is a great option with the Native Sons diving shop right there. The mornings and nights can get a little noisy.

I absolutely loved the Caribbean feel of the bungalows set back into the rainforest. The location is just across the street from some of the best locations and dive shops on the island like Sun Divers.

Recommended Hotel Chillies & Native Sons if you are looking for place to stay and want to dive at Roatan. Hotel Chillies & Native Sons lie at the Half Moon Bay West End.
The family that owns the hotel and dive school are very friendly like the workers.
There is a shop and a bookstore. For a delicious breakfast and lunch you can go to the kiosk Yahongreh?, which is also present.
The diving instructors of Native Sons, are experienced and qualified.

After staying there in 2013, I had the chance to return to the hotel Chillies in February 2016. With a friend, we spent a week in one of the cabins at the rear of the main building in a really beautiful tropical garden. The cabins are basic, while comfortable, well built, clean and well maintained. The place is really quiet. At night, you can sometimes hear the sound of the sea is not far. Everyone has access to a basic but clean kitchen, which reduces the cost of the stay. Michele, the owner and hotel manager is genuinely kind, available to give advice as needed. I would not hesitate a second before returning to this beautiful place.
