  Can't recommend this place enough. Did the basic 3-days course. Fantastic teachers, and a great setting for learning free diving. Beautiful surroundings, and a very friendly and relaxed vibe. Try to get a spot in their house, it's cheap, everything you need is there, and you have a great kitchen. If you're there for a while and on a budget I would recommend bringing some dry food(rice, pasta, oats, coffee++) from the mainland as groceries are quite expensive and limited(for Honduran standards).
  I happen to sign up here by mere luck. Was meant to do a course on one of the scuba schools nearby when I saw this place. Did not know much about free diving. Might sound scary but give it a try, you'd be amazed of what your body can do.
  It is a bit more expensive than the scuba-schools, but w free diving you learn skills that you can bring w you anywhere that does not require equipment. Most of us would really benefit from learning to breath properly.

  Fantastic and well run school. The instructors and owners are very welcoming and enthusiastic to help anyone. Must try if you have some time on Utila.
  
  I was on the fence about trying freediving but after the beginner course I knew I had to take the advanced too. You'll learn so much about the body and yourself. Try it if you have a couple of days and want a different way to experience the ocean.

  The staff at Freedive Utila are awesome and very accommodating. The beginner course teaches you all the techniques to make you feel comfortable and confident in the ocean, and the staff are with you the whole way. Your body can do so much more than you think!
  If you're travelling to Utila, make the Freedive course a part of you plans.
