Super disappointed, service was horrible we take my family of 10 and ask if we can put two tables together, they answer pretty badly with a no, even when the place was totally empty. after that they continue be in pretty aggressive about any questions we have about the menu. Food was ok half of my family hate it

Went there for breakfast after reading lots of raves but left disappointed. We were hoping to get the banana pancakes but for some reason they only have those on Wednesdays. Fine. What do you have? Not even a menu, just two items: french toast or baleadas. Great we’ll get a couple of each.

The baleadas were then served within about 90 seconds, and totally cold. So obviously these had been left over from the breakfast rush (we came at around 930) and they just threw them on a plate and served them without even reheating anything, let alone cook them fresh.

The french toast was OK.

To top it off, I had my first stomach bug of the trip directly after.

We had lunch a couple of times there, and both times we had baleadas, see photo for a description of what that is. Tasty food, great value. Cosy place, and you may be entertained by lovely parrots.

Took my wife for the all you can eat lobster dinner. It was great, loved it. The staff was super friendly. Showed us the birds which were awesome.

Cheeze and Lobster dip was great unbeliveable explosion of flavors. Hats off to the Chef.

Food was a bit slow to come but tasted great when it came! They have a couple vegetarian options on the menu and were very helpful in offering possible substitutions

Don't go eat here !!!! I was there last night I waited around an hour for my food all my family was done eating and my plater wasn't ready PLUS my check was over charge for extra 15 dollar tax over the food ..PLUS a signed the check for 120 and didn't left any tip for bad service and already being overcharged today a checked my bank account and find out they put their own tip for 12 dollar my check at the end came to 132 dollars for something you can find at the other side of the beach that will test better won't take that long better service and no extra charge trust me or ask first about all this extra charges so you won't get surprise at the end

My sister had recommended the lobster here so we walked pretty far with 2 kids to eat here from the west bay beach. Our group was a little big so I understood the time it takes to fix the orders but we ordered at 1:22 and by 2:10pm I still did not have the lobster I had ordered. I told them at 1:45 that we needed to leave for a glass bottom boat trip we had paid for back on the beach so I'm glad my kids got their grilled cheese sandwiches in time to eat but they weren't especially tasty. We played with the birds as we waited and Angel the staff member was very helpful. Wilson helped box my lobster tails to go but my review eating them later is just good- they weren't amazing. I really liked the veggies though and would ask for more with my dinner. If you're going to pay the prices you might as well eat on the beach. If i am on the beach I wouldn't make a special trip to come here.

Went here every single day to visit the parrots, especially Batman. The staff are all incredibly friendly here and let you walk around the grounds and explore the restaurant + cabanas and pool. Ate a few meals here as well, of course. Great local food and every time we were eating here there were customers coming in talking about how they've been coming for years and it was a very special place for them.

WOW! Fresh juice, fruit, and banana bread to accompany your banana pancakes. Top that off with some entertainment from the beautiful parrots and you have yourself a memorable breakfast with top-notch food and service. Would highly recommend!!
