  冬天最適合來這裡吃支竹羊腩煲/蛇羹，新推出的蘿蔔油鴨髀炆大鱔認真推薦，蘿蔔冬菇吸飽了日月精華，鮮甜到不得了！
  人多的話可追加生炒糯米飯，還有招牌千層馬拉糕♡

  餐廳環境和服務有一定水準，在餐點選擇上也給了很棒的建議！每一道都好吃，雖然價格偏高，但會想再回訪。

  In A Nutshell:
  
  -Yat Tung Heen is a spot that the locally-in-tuned locals will know about.
  -I can say this b/c my wife's friend who is an expat lives in HK.
  -During our visit she took us to Yat Tung Heen for some dim sum.
  -Now, I know many of you have eaten dim sum & yes it's mostly good, but this place sticks out for me b/c it's the first time I had OOZING egg yolk custard.
  -Yes, the dim sum was very good & I'll just leave this review at that.
  -The local was semi-suspect, not on the ground floor & it's a little crammed inside.
  
  Overall, if you happen to be in the Wan Chai area + hungry, I'd definitely recommend this place, I know I'd come back again next time I'm in town.
