Local dai pai dong (street restaurant) moved into a proper shop. Taste retained, tidiness improved, but comes with a less "local" price tag. Still a good choice if you want real HK taste food.

Unbelievable tasty liver! It is different from the typical flavor in Taiwan, so Taiwanese must try!

Continuation of traditional "Taipaidon" noodle business in Shamshuipo. Taste hasn't changed much. A memory recall for HK people.

Even though it's a bit small and packed, this place has one of the best wonton in town. Friendly staff and patrons adds charm to this lovely neighborhood eatery.

This is where locals go to get cheap and honest noodle fix. Try to "Lo Mein" (noodles without soup) on its own or with wonton or beef brisket. They are famous for their pig's trotter too.
