Probably one of the most famous English pub / bar in Hong Kong. It is very spacy, never feel jammed even when it is full. It offers variety of tasty and wholesome English dinners, sandwiches and pub food to go with your beers. It's main attraction of course is the wide selection of local and imported craft beers for tastings and gatherings. Quality of the taps is good, certainly less watery than most local bars. Service is prompt and friendly, and the place us neat and clean. Overall, highly recommended for locals and overseas guests!

Top local and international beers including my favorite, HK's, Yardley Best Bitter. Awesome food. I adore the English Pork and Black Pudding Scotch Egg. Good happy hour until eight. Great for groups.

This bar only chooses the best brands, so don’t be afraid to try something new. The Globe also invents seasonal cocktails that change every few months. Head here for a tasty beverage or for the traditional British pub food and a Sunday night roast.

A superb selection of beers is the obvious draw to this wonderful pub. There are lagers, ales and much much more from all over the world!

The food here is also fantastic. True pub grub in the form of thick cut fries, wonderful meat pies with some of the best pastry I've had in Hong Kong and a roast dinner that comes close to feeling British. The only thing I'd change here is the cut of beef for the roast and the gravy felt a little thin. Otherwise, delicious!

The Globe also plays a good range of sports on its many TVs, so due to the great food and beer, it's a super place to watch your favourite games live.

Went here with my friend from Singapore because he is a craft beer Lover. Waited 45 minutes for seating, we told them we wanted food also and was seated at the bar. We sat and called the waitress over.. she told us there will be no food available due to lack of staff that showed up that day.. we ordered drinks and they took 30 mins even though at the bar, my friend was so upset and the end of his trip was ruined. I would not recommend anyone to go to the globe. Especially if you enjoy craft beer or British food, avoid going to the Globe

Great beer selection and good service. As in most of HK a pint just denotes a large glass not 568ml. The gweilo was 500ml but the American style ale i had (i forget the exact name) was closer to 400ml. Still enjoyable though.

Great atmosphere and phenomenal selection of drinks from draught and bottled beers, wines to liquor. They also have happy hour specials during the weekend, which is rare for Hong Kong. Try a local Hong Kong brew or a small batch distillery gin at The Globe. It's a great place to catch up with friends or have dinner with your family as well.

I ordered a gin and tonic with fisher's gin and it was refreshing. I would suggest for them to not put too much ice next time.

I've been here a few times and the food has always been really spot-on. They have a great selection of drinks and beers and the service is quick and friendly. Even though they were really busy the young barman made

We booked our Christmas Eve dinner here after reading good reviews and comparing prices. The meal was delicious and served quickly. The bar was a bit noisy but it’s a popular expat spot. The turkey was on the chewy side but no other criticisms. Looks like a good place for groups and there were families there too.

My favourite beer bar in Hong Kong, hands down. There are a lot of bars trying to replicate The Globe's success, but there is only place like this pub. Their food is excellent (gastropub), their selection of beers and ciders is outstanding and they have decent wines too. A highly recommended place for both happy hour and dinner.

Decent bar. Good beer selection. My girlfriend liked the ambience and how clean it was. I didn’t consider it special in any way except that there were a high number of expats around. For a bar called “The Globe” I was kind of expecting for there to be a cool globe somewhere but there wasn’t any. The only interesting looking thing in the bar is a map on a wall but even that’s in a restricted area of the bar. I was recommended this bar for the drinks and I guess those were decent, but there are a lot more interesting bars in HK that sell beers for more than $64 HKD

Probably one of the best beer selections in all of Hong Kong. The food is regular pub fare but in a good way. Try a sourdough baguette with Rilette and have a great local wild beer. Definitely a must for beer geeks.

Friendly staff, massive selection of beers, and great British food (not a contraction in terms). The environment is great for gathering or midnight talk. Trust me, anyone will enjoy the vibe.

Great selection of beers on tap!
Wanted to try some new local HK beers and it did not disappoint.
Service was very nice and helpful, gave us lots of little tasters for some of the ones we've never heard of before.
Strangest one is probably the Dragonfruit beer. Very bright pink color! Too intense flavors for a whole glass but for a small taster is very refreshing. Will come back again.

One of the oldest "Pubs" in Hong Kong. There is a wide selection of beers and ciders both on tap and in bottles. The food is really good with classic English pub food and some more fancy dishes. There is a lot of space for big groups but it would be suggested to either show up early or call ahead as it gets busy and quickly on Fridays and the weekends.

I fully admit the rating I'm giving the globe is partially my fault but it's like getting to know someone --- how they handle a tough moment can define the how you feel about them, right?!?!
My husband LOVES beer, who doesn't these days, we've tried to check out all the craft beer spots during our short visit. They have a large selection of beer, my husband likes IPA's, stouts and porters, they unfortunately only had one IPA available and it was one he already had. Luckily, it was a good one, Hazy-somethinganyways, I had a raspberry, mint ginger drink which was delicious and refreshing. I really enjoyed my drink! Also to note, I didn't have the food so this is just a review about the drinks and my experience.
So if my husband and I loved the drinks why the starswell I'm an animated talker + was trying to ask the bartender about if they sold a beer glass and I ended up knocking over my husband's full beer. I felt terrible. I apologized profusely and the bartender didn't really say anything --- he didn't even ask my husband if he wanted another beer. He just walked away. In the states, the bartender would've just brought my husband a new beer. Instead we waited for the bartender to come back + then had to order another one. He should have asked if he wanted another one or just brought him another one. That's why it's three stars and I fully admit it's partially my fault.

Excellent restaurant and social space. Food is well prepared and a welcome focus on western dishes, like pies, full breakfasts and various other options, with a real pub feel.

The drink selection is second to none, with a variety of independent, locally and imported, beers, ciders and even a perry.

One of the best beer selections in Hong Kong, a very friendly and passionate service team with a really good selection of local beers make this one if my favourite bars. The food quality and menus are excellent, pies, scotch eggs, ploughman's, liver and bacon, and chalk boards with daily updates.

The Globe is easily the best pub in Hong Kong. The beer selection is amazing, great gin and tonics, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Globe is known for its pies and with good reason. Fresh-baked and deep filled they are simply delicious but they also do a mean burger. Probably the best I've had in Hong Kong. We also had the fish and chips which was superb.

While away a few hours watching sport at the bar and chatting to the friendly bartenders or cozy up in one of the booths with some friends.

A great place to hang out for foodies and craft beer lovers alike.
