  Exquisite morsels of heaven, creatively decorated - afternoon tea is bliss!
  
  Best service among all high end hotels' casual dining spots. Beats most HK's 2 and 3 star restaurants in terms of warm, knowledgeable, and skilled wait staff.
  
  Lunch and dinner culinary standards have slipped under the new(ish) chef. Nonetheless, the wait staff make this the most pleasant dining experience among all Central's high end restaurants. Coming here always makes my day better.
