Hands-down the best steak I've had in HK, possibly in asia. Especially for the price, $395 HKD for a 12oz dry-aged rib eye.

Also ordered ribs, a pizza, risotto and 2 desserts. Everything was amazing. Seriously, if you are in Cheung Sha and you haven't had a good (fill in the blank here for western staple, ie. burger, pizza, steak, ribs) in awhile, go here and order 1 of everything on the menu.

Had the spicy beef Pizza. Fantastic treat. Just the right amount of spicy and was given some hot sauce on the side in case I wanted it more spicy.

All followed by a IPA beer for a great evening meal.

Our little local Gem! They may be nestled in the village of tong fuk but The Gallery wouldn't miss a beat anywhere else.

You would be amazed at what comes out of that tiny little kitchen! Top notch ingredients go into well thought out, straight up dishes.

I'll finish off with the pizzas holy moly, I've died in tong fuk and woken up in Naples! The wife and I always order the chorizo pizza. Don't miss out on their homemade hotsauce!

Theyve just acquired a proper dry age fridge. Cannot wait to come back and try the beef, luckily we live just down the rd! Do not miss this place!

While "angry Dave" has a tendency to be angry, you cannot fault his grub. His steaks, flame-grilled burgers and seafood are all totally top-notch. I shall keep going despite the abuse!
