Had to laugh after reading these reviews; I thought it was just me that had awful customer service experience here. The older woman and one of the younger men that regularly worked nights were rude and dismissive. Saw the guy rolling his eyes and getting stroppy for no reason with customers that weren't fast. Acted as if you were inconveniencing them for trying to buy a sub.
As mentioned in another review, it has now shut down. Good riddance to be honest 🤷🏼♂️response / report this review -

The franchise have been closed down from Nov onwards .. just for the information . The staff were also rude and ignorant to customer order not all but a few of the staffs .

The customer service here is a joke. The tall female member of staff gets her enjoyment from being rude and ignorant. The franchisee should review staffing immediately. I have been to subways around the world and never found such a poor level of service. Don't use this subway.

Service is very bad i askd the lady staff to change her gloves because im a muslim and she was showing attitude bk and secondly i askd for a veggie patty and she didnt listen to me careful and made a veggie delight ! thirdly didnt even give my receipt u should kick such staff out who dont knw how to deal with customers properly !! Wouldnt recomand anyone to go there

I must have been somewhat lucky because unlike all the below reviews I did receive a very good service from the counter staff on Monday 9 Jan circa 10pm. The attendants were 2 ladies with Indian background (apologies if I'm wrong).
It was late after an exhausting day and we were jetlagged and hungry. The lady doing the sandwiches made them carefully and patiently for all of us (including 3 children who weren't exactly very well decided on what to have).
Additionally, the other lady in the register did help me paying with 5 octopus cards that we wanted their balance to be consumed as it was our last day in HK. She diligently scanned every single card and manually calculated the final bill.
Couldn't ask for better service from a Subway shop considering it was nearly closing time when staff normally tends to be grumpier.
I won't put the 5th star because the shop doesn't have any tables to eat.

If you smile to the staff, they will smile back. They are not polite only if youre not polite to thenstaff. The breads there are really fresh . Cooked right out of the oven. Ive seen them taking out fresh bread out of the oven . They are really generous with the sauces and toppings. The staffs treats u the way u treat them.

Staff attitude is not polite and sometimes they use rotton material to make the sandwiches, I heard a few cases of people getting a bad stomach after eating here.

Really bad and not polite staffs. Black listed and never try this series of Subway Shop. Even worst experience in 昂坪360shop of Subway.
