The best meal we had in Hong Kong by far. The spread out clean space with its variety of eating and drinking experiences make it a must see. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. The streets and shops around are an interesting mix of old style shops and interesting food choices. A great area. Fantastic.

I've lived near this oola and I gotta say that I love it! The menu is great, and they have lots of great brunch options and kids menu. The bar is great and I've watched a number of sports events there.

The only reason I'm taking one star away is because I've had some inconsistent service there. The managers have been amazing and deserve 5 stars. Sometimes their less senior staff really don't get it. No smiles, no initiative, sometimes a bit rude.

A great highlight of this place is their weekend and holiday brunches, they have a great brunch menu and they have a buffet table of sweets for kids (sometimes great, sometimes horrible for my kids). Last week they had a free face painter there and she was awesome.

So, highly recommend this place for weekend brunch, after work drinks, or a nice meal. Take my word for it and give this place a try!

Come for the location, vibe or bar. Staff are friendly and welcoming, but food is only so so. I hang out here because of all the other pluses - would give it higher rating if food can be consistently high quality.

Great coffee, and a relaxing place to sit and read. The 4-egg omelette from the brunch menu is very tasty & filling! Can also recommend the eggs Benedict! It can get busy during brunch on the weekends, but usually no problems on weekdays.

Had a dinner as a group of eight people, so have tried several dishes and drinks from the menu.
    In conclusion, Not impressive!
Foods not worthy. No variety for drinks.
This place looks very nice from outside on the road, but nothing special inside at all.
Actually, slow service and unfriendliness of the staff marked down a lot.
There are much better options than this place in the neighbourhoods, so no reason to pick this one.
Needs to hire more staff to manage it properly.

Comfortable place for lunch and friends gathering. All staff is well trained. I love their one-time salad bar as there are many choices of salad and cold plate. Main course (lunch) is in normal level when compares to other restaurant in the area.

They have fantastic seasonal menu, chillax area, good lighting. It is an ideal place for group dining or couples dating.

Fantastic ambience, good location and excellent service. Happy hour prices, a glass of free champagne at 5:30 and some mouth-watering free food; salads and cold cuts. Definitely recommend. The space is also large enough for corporate social events. The missing star is for a somewhat mediocre margherita.

Sorry, I understand it may be busy, or hot, or even tiring. However you guys are working in the F&B industry, how about some hospitality. Your waiters say they are fixing up the tables but they are seen to be doing other things other than fixing up the tables.

Your waitresses look like they are incapable of smiling or even replying to a simple question about the correct menu being placed on our tables.

Used to love coming here because it is comfortable to take children here because the staff were friendly. This has changed dramatically.

A good place to relax and nice place for a laid-back Sunday afternoon. There is a good range of food. And very similar to other Castello concept restaurants. Price range is around 100-200 for a plate.

No staff greeted us even when they saw us come in, I had to go and ask if we can seat ourselves at any table. We also had to ask for menu and water, as no one bothered to follow up. Poor service but food is great l, I'll give them that.

Good food but not worth the price in my opinion. Nice decor in the restaurants.

The breakfast here is amazing. It's a bit of rush hour but after you get your food you will forget the rush hour. The lunch sets are good too and al carte price is a bit expensive but the portion are big so it's worth it. (That's my Bf with his happiest expression) 😜

One of my favorite places for lunch. I've always enjoyed their salad bar. Decent coffee and great choices for mains. Whenever I have lunch meetings, this is where I pick. It's comfortable and spacious.

The prices on the menu seemed intimidating at first. But the service, portions and fool quality definitely surprised me. I will come again.

Me and my friend loved here! All the foods we ordered were right up our alley!! Especially the burger u should definitely try it, the patty is really juicy. All the menu were served in big portion. And the staff were very lively and kind. It seemed to be popular among families as well. I ll come here again next time I visit hk for sure!

Great place! My avo smash was perfect! Service was quick considering how packed the place is. Coffee was also excellent. The only downer was my husbands eggs baked in avocado - boring and plain. We'll definitely order something else next time.
