  worst service ever! will never buy anything from this shop. The saleswoman wearing glasses treats clients badly and is very rude.

  I called to ask the prices of inner tube and tire, I live in Yuen Long, in New Territories.
  A very courteous, friendly and super helpful staff by the name of Kelvin answered all my questions and even suggested a much closer option, name and telephone number of a cycle shop in Yuen Long list to where I live.!
  wonderful service, and impressive attitude
  Even if its out of my way I would still prefer to shop where the staff are helpful, considerate patient and kind.

  It’s a bike shop, a nice one but not worth your stop if you’re a tourist. I don’t see how it’s a concept store other than it sells some high end bikes.
  
  I was hoping for more of a bike gallery and their latest tech.
  
  It should just be called the Specialized store

  Good selection of accessories. Poor bike sales department who does not really know its bikes and does not really care about your needs. I am over 6ft tall and they had no problem trying to sell me a medium size frame. This shop is owned by Bull Bike which has some pretty bad reviews for its service so beware. OK if you want a Specialized and know exactly what to get.

  Great service and a really good selection of bikes. An excellent selection of accessories but the sizes on the ladies clothing are quite small. Got some great gloves as well. Really friendly but busy.
