  The staff lady at the clothes/ protection section is too busy using her phone to help much.
  
  She persuaded me to choose an overtight guard saying it’ll stretch but it didn’t and blocked my circulation.

  Very bad service. Bought a pair of cleat shoes priced at around hk$3300. Didn't check up on the shoes in store as I trusted they would be good. But went home and found out the bottom of the shoes were all scratched and dirty so I went back to ask for a refund or at least a new pair of shoes within a week but they told me they were the only pair and all they did was wipe of the dirt at the bottom of the shoe and refused to refund. Only to come home and find out one of the left dials wasn't working (I only tried the right shoe for fitting), so I took them back again emphasizing I just want a refund. But they refused, kinda fixed the dial but it just didn't feel right. Why would such problem exist on a pair of new cleat that's worth $3300? Unbelievable, totally wasted $3300 on a pair of shoes that felt like they were second hand.

  BULL(SH*T) Bike. Another lousy HK bike shop. Poor service, high prices and an irrelevant/inconsistent selection of products. I've spent more than $20,000 in this shop over the years, I must be stupid.

  Called them to see if they had a derailleur 142 X 12 hanger for my Niner Carbon RIP. You said yes. I asked if they were sure. They replied: "Don’t worry. If not in stock, we will take one from a stock bike."
  
  I travelled from Lantau Island to the store the day after. Not only did they not have the part in stock, they didn't even have any Niner Carbon RIP bike in stock. WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY!!!!!
  
  I won't shop there again. Besides, their prices are always higher than elsewhere.
