I called beforehand to enquire about a shipping box for a bike and was told they have them. Once I arrived the guy in the shop wanted to sell me a visibly torn and used box as a new one. Shame on them!

Went in with a flat tyre. The guy said "I don't have the same inner tube but we can use a different one, no problem." $130. Next morning woke up, flat again. Don't waste your money.
