The worst experience i’ve ever had in hongkong. One of the receptionist get me wrong information(fee and food ordering system)and staffs only showed when they need to take my last order. Nobody apologized about their mistakes. I asked a respond for the mistakes their careless behavior via my email. However, I still haven’t get any answers for that. It was really hard to understand for me that I had to pay large amount of money for their poor and unpleasant service.

Amazing food, great toilets and good microphone quality. However, some microphones kept disconnecting with the music video and we eventually had to be relocated to another karaoke room, making for a fragmented experience which was not the mintest given that we had to manually re-enter the songs we had so arduously hand picked. One of our friends also got screamed at by her uncle, which detracted from the experience. Not sure if it was our friend's fault or the overwhelmingly horrendous mosquito feedback noise in room 16.

Sing karaoke for a quintessential HK experience!! They have an app that you can download that allows you to pick songs directly from your phone. Very cool!
