  Service: slow, but not terrible.
  Food: terrible, e.g. our udon arrived cold (even the broth), though coffee and pillow toast OK (similar bread but pricier than next door with fewer toppings).
  Price: higher than Park View next door.

  Average or below. Horribly overpriced. Fussy, annoying service at the wrong times. Example: a steak comes out sliced on a sizzling plate and instead of walking away and leaving you to eat it, they start asking how you want it and moving it about your plate with your chopsticks. Then they start playing with the sauces. Unfortunately the steak is already overcooked when it hits the table!
  Their busy menu lists three beers - in the coffee section - but all were out of stock.
