Hong Kong made Chinese Chau Shan fish ball meat ball rice noodle. I visited there when i was kid. Still in good taste. Come by if you are in Yuen Long

One of my favourite restaurants. Their beef brisket noodle is amazing, but my favourite is definitely their fish dumplings. The food comes really quick after you order. The store is small and very crowded, be prepared to share a table with other strangers.

It's always crowded. They even have challenge for you to finish 10 bowls and 30 bowls respectively to win thousands and tens of thousands of HKD. Soup is thick and their beef brisket is very flavourful. It's good to sit near the entrance as you can see the fast action of the staff and the hot steamy pots of stew/braised beef

This place serves the best Beef Belly Noodle Soup ever. Hands down the best. If your a tourist in HK and have some time to make it here I highly recommend it. Get the more expensive Beef Belly Noodle Soup, you will not be disappointed!!!

Beef expert. More than 20 years in doing beef noodle. They brought the whole cow so every parts of cow are available here. Also got cheaper option with frozen beef but I recommend the fresh ones. The brisket is full of rich rustic beef taste and it is the same for the broth.

A lot of choices on minced ball, from meat to seafood, you can select up to 12 choices of side dishes added in your bowl of soup noodles, the taste is OK, great place for Noodles lover
