Delivery service is very slow, and a lot of the displayed products are not available and will easily have weeks or months before becoming available. The restaurant is dirty and food is handled fairly unhygienic. Store is good for kitchen utensils and bedding, but that's about it.

Large floor area with open space for outdoor furniture. Fast food and snacks and typical self service restaurant were provided inside the store.

IKEA store is usually quite similar, when you know one, then you probably know them all. Generally I like IKEA even though I don't really buy very often.

Megabox is a good place for a single shopping experience. It has just about everything you need to buy for home improvements. Ikea is OK, if you go earlier then not too crowded. The route design is reasonably clear. Items are quite comprehensive. Staffs are helpful to locate items and Aeon has just about everything alike in the same building. Feel free to choose from.

The largest store in town, comprehensive collections with a restaurant, bistro and cafe. Great place to hang out during weekends even if you’re not intended to buy furnitures

If you’ve got time, you should visit there during weekdays, fewer people and can get a seat more easily in restaurant

This shop occupies about 2 levels in Megabox. You can find the showroom, dining area and large furniture like sofa, bed, wardrobe..etc on the upper level, home goods is located on the lower level relatively. Also In the Kowloon Bay branch, it has the largest showroom for outdoor furniture. I do prefer to walk the outdoor showroom as long as the good weather.

Pros: Although this cafeteria offers limited choice of food, almost all items are at above-average quality and fair price. The meatball (10pcs) with a scope of mashed potato is just HK$20 which is an affordable snack with stable quality. The pig's knuckle is a great deal on the entree menu. The berries soda has a wonderful & attractive presentation.

Two cons:
1. dirty dinning table mainly due to the previous irresponsible customer.
2. one of the female cashier (at the sandwich store outside the store) with high pitch loud voice which is arousing. Yelling to customer with unfriendly tone.

The best Ikea in Hong Kong. The restaurant is the biggest and probably the most clean one of HK Ikeas. The food store is very nice, quite huge selection of Nordic groceries. I highly recommend to avoid going there during the peak hours.

Very big but do avoid weekends because there were a lot of uncontrolled children. Good food in the restaurant and kiosk.

It is a pain to come here on a weekend. Very packed. You would need patience if planning to have lunch at their restaurant. It is cheap and nice except when they had to dish it out expecting to be picked up as you go. You would end up with a very cold dish and personally, not nice at all.

This is a big Ikea and they generally have a good stock. Come at your own risk. You will always come out with something. See if you can carry it home😂.

Great service, though.
