Over all stay is ok. The best part of the hotel is the air conditioner (is my control compare to other hotel is set automatically) and opening the hotel door every time the smell great 😊😊😊😊

Last night the front desk gentlemen was nice and professional over all.

The hotel bed is awesome. It fit 3 people and have spaces to move

The bad part is the elevator smell, my hotel television is like 12 inch’s, the bathroom is so tights that it’s hard to move while showing. The shower is a standing shower. The water wet everywhere cause the shower curtain doesn’t cover all the ways.

Thank goodness is 1 stay. If I stay longer I do not mind.

    The Good:
Not far from local subway 7 mins.
    Friendly staff.
    Some decent eateries nearby.

    The Bad:
Rooms are really cramped, but at least they’re clean.
Only one outlet adapter per room according to “hotel policy”.
Walls are very thin, you can here everything that happens on your floor.
Could smell cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be a nonsmoking room.
    Only 1 elevator..

    The soso:
Price is average, not expensive, but not exactly a good deal.

First of all, please bear in mind, you get what you paid for. For this price the rooms are reasonably small, so don't complain about it. But small rooms are very common in Hong Kong Kowloon area. If you want a standard size room, I suggest you double your budget. Other than that, this hotel is really quite good for the value and location. Situated at the 'fabric' district, it is an old area with a more elderly and foreign workers population but there's a lot of up and coming cafes and many traditional food which I love about this area beside just for work. I definitely prefers this one to the other one in Tong Mi road. The staffs are nicer.

Everything is as advertised. Decent location, friendly staff. I only wish the rooms weren't so small but it is not a problem. I would come again the next time I came to Hong Kong

Yes, I agree with the majority of the reviews here that it is indeed very small. However the staff is very friendly and more importantly, it is clean. It is also home to the most comfortable bed I've slept in Hong Kong. Legit 3 star hotel.

The Lander hotel is located in a local neighborhood in Sham Shui Po (read: mostly Chinese). The rooms are clean, but small and stoic. The staff is helpful but their English is so-so. Good for travelers who want to experience a local area and are on a budget.
