  房間夠大，這個價格有這麼大的房間，在香港來說，是非常少有的。而且，房間很乾淨，設施雖然舊了，但是，沒有損壞的。賓館的位置在旺角東，不在鬧市地段，但想買東西也很方便。走幾分鐘就可以坐大巴1A，到太子或旺角買東西，非常方便！
