I seldom get invited to pick the bean for espresso, surprised especially in Hong Kong. The menu and decorations can cheer you up as a coffee lover. Dedicated cups and containers for different beverage, professional!
The most important, coffee taste superb !
A really cosy cafe with an emphasis on serving good coffee. I ordered the latte and it was really smooth and pretty damn good. The staff was friendly too and explained the different bean options for the cup of coffee.
Very professional and experts with coffee. A large selection of methods and beans to choose from and staff who take a lot of care to prepare your coffee. Although I didn't have any food here, it looks really appetising and would absolutely be back.
Smooth. No additional sweetness necessary. If the way they make the cup of coffee can cut any form of bitterness it might have, then it's wonderful in my book. Would recommend!
Great great coffee and self roasted. Expect a lot of aficionados waiting to get a seat but patience will reward you with entry.
Wonderful little coffee shop! They really take pride in their coffee and it shows in the cup. I love the way they set up their menu to sort by flavors. Great atmosphere and friendly staff too. :)
Good coffee, highly disappointing food. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which I figured was pretty basic and hard to screw up. Unfortunately, they only slightly warmed up the bagel in a microwave, didn't toast it, and smeared the thinnest possible layer of cream cheese possible. The bagel itself also had no flavor. My boyfriend ordered a mushroom cheese cibatta. The bread was also only warmed in a microwave and there was only one slice of American yellow cheese and unwashed lettuce. For the high price, this was especially not worth it. Again, the coffee is really good. So I would just stick to drinks.
Very good hand drip coffee, good service with detailed flavor explanation and sharing. Great latte with smooth foamgood combination of coffee and milk! Will definitely come again!
Small coffee spot with great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Lots of coffee types to choose from. I was able to get some work done on my laptop, but this definitely isn't a "work" type of place (no wifi, no power, no restrooms).
Amazing coffee made to precision : 18.6g blend weighted electronically, ground to perfection, with perfect froth of milk. The experience itself was something to die for.
An oasis for coffee lovers in Mong Kok. Can be challenging to find for first timers but all that is forgiven when you sip the coffee. Excellent baristas and coffee selection. Do check out their cup of excellence offerings. Even the regular offerings are great. Can be quite packed so do expect a queue.
Excellent barista(s), would always let us smell the coffee grinds before brew, Friday night we did a tasting, got to sample all the coffee on their menu for only 80 HKD, food was very good as well, but a bit expensive. Our favourite coffee bar in HK.
This is the specialty cafe that ignited my passion for coffee.
I have since frequently visited the cafe
Coffee is good and is usually the main focus for my visit.
Cafe is small but cosy, suitable for 2 to at most 4.
The bar-like coffee encourages social engagement but you are free to have your peace
There is no toilet in the shop, but there are public toilets nearby
This is where the local crowd hang around
Probably the best coffee in Hong Kong, the baristas weights every cup of grind beans before making your flavor of coffee. Just go try it and you will agree with me.
Coffee is superb and very very fragrant! Food is however a little disappointing and looks better than it tastes. I'd still come back for the coffee though!
This place is located at the centre of Mongkok, it is just couple street off the main shopping area. Great place to chill. Price is reasonable. They offer great selection of single origin coffee and some specialty coffee. If u r want a cup of coffee worth your money, come here instead of Stxrbxxks.
5 stars for the coffee! I come here mainly for that. Food is average.
Very tucked away and could be hard to find, but excellent atmosphere and their 'dirty' coffee is worth trying at least once.
A good cafe latte. It is located in a very quiet spot in Mong Kok. It was a fair walk from Mong Kok Station exit E2. The cafe is quaint and quite busy. Staff is polite and service is quick.
Place is small but cozy with jazz music, good to kill time for an hour or two. Coffee is fine but the size is just too small. Order one iced americano and the glass size is just same as the double espresso cup in Starbucks. Food is just up to expectation, no surprised but I think it's good to have no surprise
Small yet cozy cafe located at one of the few quite corners of Mong Kok. Not easy to get a seat if you go around peak hours. Beside standard coffees, they offer beans from many origins to fit your taste. You could also choose the brewing method you like from French press to drip, mocca pot to aeropress etc.
Barista there are pro and friendly. Nice place for coffee-holics!
