The food there are very good and the staffs are nice and helpful
This is the worst dim sum restaurant in tsuen wan in regards to customer services and manners. We got there at 3:30 and was immediately told that we only had 1 hour to eat. After I checked off the menu and placed the order , the main waitress asked if I really needed to order 36 items for 5 people? Their prices are ridiculous even though they advertise a off peak special prices because they serve half the size of other restaurant and charged the same price or more. Around 4 pm, the same waitress came by to the table and basically demanded us to pay the check. She just stood there next to my mom as she went over the bill . It turned out that we were charged $10 hkd for a plate of pickled vegetables that they served us when we first sat down , then charged us $10 per person for tea even though my 2 kids didn't even drink tea. My mom told the waitress that she was rude and told her to give us some privacy while we finished our meal . She left our table for about 5 minutes and muttered to her co workers that my mom called her rude. She came back again demanding the check and my mom just yelled at her to get out of our faces. Finally the manager came by and we had to pay him because we were finally finished. Never going back and won't recommended any one that expects courteous service.
