Dim sum was not bad but the prices are quite high. Everything was average but the fried honeydew milk was strange and not good. They leave some nuts on the table but if you don't want it tell them to take it away otherwise they charge you for it.

Worst place I have ever been to in my life. Bad service combined with mediocre food made for a very horrible experience. I have never dealt with such discrimination in my life and just lack of courtesy to do your job and serve a paying customer just because I’m not Chinese nor do I speak the language . First of all their hours clearly states on their own sign as well as google that they close at 11:30pm and me and my family of 6 arrived at exactly 10pm and clear saw 9 table full of people eating still but that did not stop them from shooing us away saying that they were closed. Then no more then 30secs later an older “Chinese” gentleman and his wife walk right by us and just sat down so they gave them menus and so they decided to seat us right after. As soon as we were seat the proceed to rush us and my a big scene amongst they other servers about what I assume was about why we were seated in the first place. They were really annoyed and impatient just because this was our first time there and wanted to look the menu over and when we took more than 5mins then began to tell us half the menu was unavailable and they only had fried rice not white rice but how do u make fried rice without white rice and they couple that happen to get seated before us go a big bowl of u guessed it white rice. So I implore anyone with any humanity or just common sense of decency to avoid this place and tell anyone u may know that are in this area to ban this establishment

Food is good enough except the custard bun is not in liquid form when you bite through the bun.

Every single time i visit Hong Kong i make it a point to visit Federal Palace for delicious Yum Cha (dumplings), ambiance is classy, prices are on the slightly more expensive side but the dimsum are absolutely fresh and delicious!

Passable dim sum with a nice view. It's not disappointing, but it's not as good as places in HK proper.
