Was hoping for quality similar to Singapore but the dishes were all too salty, and the pork chop was tough.

Absolutely avoid, low quality noodles and food in general. Nowhere as good as other branches of Crystal Jade in the HK. Suppose the rent is so high, they cut the cost of food and thus quality goes downhill. So ever disappointing!!!

Horrible. Will never go again due to server “KK”. I ordered 2 dishes and as soon as I finished 1 she snatched away my spoon, soy sauce tray, plate and everything as if I’d stolen it from her. the order reciept was just on the table. I pointed to it her and explained in English that I had 1 more coming. She frowned and mumbled to herself and talked to a younger guy who corrected her. she never apologized for her mistake and just shoved my plate and next dish back in my face. Most TERRIBLE service I’ve encountered in HK. Other staff were also eating off of leftover plates in plain view of the customers. just horrible.

Neat eatery at hong kong airport.
It certainly does not have the same quality than the sistership in Wanchai.
The Xiao long bao have a thicker wall and are less juicy. The service is cruder. The decoration is less refined.
But lets be fair it is still good compare to what you usually get at an airport.

It’s amazingly good with Sichuan koushui chicken cold noodle in this restaurant! If you love sichuan pepper, you will find the best taste here. Pea sprout is also a favorite of mine. I still want to give a five star review, though the price is a little bit high.

    Good food but overpriced
. Ordered wanton soup which was good but small bowl with 3 pieces of wanton. The dim sums are tasty but again expected more qty for the price paid.

I think it's a great choice to go to if you aren't sure if you want rice / noodles or dim sum! Nice choice of drinks and I ordered a different range of items. Taste was ok. Not perfect but dumplings were yummy as well as the jellyfish. The chicken soup noodle not - the texture of the noodle wasn't firm enough and the soup not sweet enough.

Very unkind ! I do not understand why they throw the bill to the table. Never experienced this kind of rude in anywhere in HK. It is third time visit to Christal Jade airport and and they will shows similar to actions. So disappointed! Should I think this is lind of discrimination?

It's a chain but you know what you are getting with this place, especially if you have just got off a flight. It's standard food at standard prices, it won't rock your socks off but you'll mostly end up satisfied at the end. Be warned, slow service though.

It can get extremely busy with queues at busy time but there is a automatic ticketing system to rely on, you can also download an app to track your place in the queue (The Gulu app).

The biggest terrible restaurant of my life. Even though the employee received the wrong order, the mamager does not want to apologize but reveals the money.

This chain-restaurant at the HKG Airport ls much less plush than other ones I have been in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. It's more of a fast food style here.

A restaurant with very impolite services, racial discrimination. And the taste are different to other crystal jade.

Although the portions were a bit small and the food itself often oily (characteristic of Shanghai cuisine I suppose), this was a tasty and wholesome meal. The fried rice was particularly nice. Crystal Jade is a great choice for a quick bite or a full meal after a long flight.

Decent place to eat if you're at the airport, in the non-restricted arrivals area. They even have an area to leave your baggage cart (with someone watching it) so that you can enjoy your meal in a civilized manner. Noodles and dumplings, with some vegetarian options too.
