Half of the shop sells many coffee equipments and type of beans. However, the beans are not as good as some other specialty coffee shops in HK. Could be a roasting issue. I didn't notice it in the ice-drip I bought there, but it became very apparent after experimenting with their beans at home. They are overroasted. It's a shame too because the shop seemed very promising, from roasting their beans every other day to providing a (local) mail order service.

I tried brewing using hand-drip (V60) and Aeropress, and I varied beans amount between 12g-14g. In every cup brewed there was a hint of motor oil, stronger in cups with more beans.

The other half of the shop is a sit-down coffee shop. The seats were very packed and ambiance was not desirable. It would be hard to sit there for more than 15 minutes.

The 'Good' quality is mainly attributed to the vast amount of equipments available which is great for a home coffee brewer. However, I would look elsewhere for beans.
