CEO is no longer associate with quality service. Half of the microphone has problems, difficult to call for staff, drinks taste horrible!

The service and lunch is quite good.
I've been here for four to five times. Though I only hav two friends with me, each time they give us a large room, except once which happened in July. Perhaps its because of peak hour?
I love this ceo way more than the one in moko because this one is newer.

Great choice for gathering, variety of food provided from the buffet section, however the dinner period is short. Not possible to enjoy both singing and eating in just two hours time.

So huge a venue for people gathering. You can gather with a lot of frds here with karaoke, food and wine service and buffet are available. You can book the venue in advance by telling the time and number of people involved. A nice decorated and an entertainment place with a lot of updated songs for you to sing. You should definitely try this out for sure if you like singing and group gathering.

Very poor management. I was at Causeway Bay CEO Dec 23 evening. My room was the last room at the end of a corridor (probably room 237) just opposite the restrooms and next to the fire exit. The staffs allow customers to smoke cigarette outside my room in the corridor. I am think if I should file a complain to 控煙辯。Absolutely ruined my evening with my friends.

Recently renovated, the karaoke system is latest, with wireless remote ,touch screen, big flat TV. However, the room is quite small and the other facilities are still quite old.

The food there is ok, but it is only available in 2/F. If you are assigned to a room in 3/F, you will have to take the food downstairs and walk the stairs with your food plate in hands, that's not good.

Food variety is quite good, but things are appearing in turns so you have to visit the buffet area frequently to try different stuff. The buffet area closes at 9pm so don't go too late. The price of hkd250 is actually not bad considering its Friday night in Causeway Bay (have to leave before 11pm). For those really going for karaoke, they have plenty of mics but they don't work very well

One of the most popular place for karaoke in HK, plenty of rooms but sometimes full during the weekend overnight sessions (Friday night / Saturday night).
