Very good sized burger, although patty was over cooked. There was not enough cheese on the cheesy fries.

Terrible service, the manager there gave me a beer which I did not order as I already had a drink. When I told her this, her reply was “whatever.” And walked away. I had to go up to the counter to get my change as she did not seem to care about the customers.

    I will not visit again.

A definite choice when grabbing food with a few friends or when on a date. I have known about Burgeroom long ago and now that it is located in this Vibrant location in Causeway bay. It just makes me want to visit them even more. Nothing has changed over time, their amazing flavors from their burgers are still there. I would reccomend anyone to come try if you feel like grabbing a burger!

Five star burger. Went there on a Friday night. Got there at 7 and we didn't have to wait but do expect to queue if you arrive later than 7. The burger was really good. You can tell it was good quality beef and it was perfectly cooked to slightly pink in the middle. You must attack the burger with both hands in order to get a full bite. There's no elegant way to eat a burger and you can't avoid getting your hands dirty. Although there queue outside, the staff won't in any way rush you. The guacamole cheese fries was also recommendable.

Fantastic burgers. You can't go wrong with any of the burgers. Side dishes were a bit disappointing, however. The blueberry sauce hashbrowns was a bust. Try something else.

Burgers are large and conveniently cut in half for you. They are generous on the fillings, as evident by the height of the burger. The menu offers beef, seafood, chicken Cost between $100 - $150, including the $30 extra to make it into a meal with fries and drinks.

The shop is quite small and not a lot of seats are available.

Albeit it tastes like a burger should, the oil that drips from it is really quite scary.

Good quality burgers and a very relaxing atmosphere, great place to have a quick lunch with a friend or two.

Pricing is pretty fair for causeway bay and the menu has something for everyone.

Can get busy at lunch hours so might be good to show up a little earlier if you're with a larger group of people

Very nice place but the hamburgers can improve:
Meat doesn't have to be that thick, so it can be sealed better and remain medium rare in the inside. Then it will really have taste.
Organize better the ingredients, as putting the tomato on top of the lettuce makes it slippery and have to eat. You can put the lettuce under the meat and the tomato on top, that way it will be less messy.
Simple thing that can do a big difference.

Pretty cool burger place along the Street Food, with a large selection of burgers on the menu. There is also a ‘do your own topping’ type. Taste wise is ok, not fantastic. Good to sit outside and watch people go by.

Solid food and decent atmosphere. A bit pricey, but not above average for the location. Quick service.

A very interesting place. The burgers are of a very high quality, as if they had been served in a high end restaurant, but it feels like a takeaway.

Good got Hong Kong but will be blown away when Shake Shack arrives. The burgers are quite dry and tasteless, while the salad isn't dried properly which makes the bread soggy. The meat tastes quite cheap. Still worth a try if you want something a little better than McD's

Aceptable hamburgers but quite expensive. Nice location with a good vibe . Can eat outside and not be in the traffic turmoil

This place uses frozen burgers and both of ours were disgusting, tasteless and chewy. The buns were soggy and the whole plate was covered in ‘juice’. The cheese is processed.

How can they charge the prices they do using the cheapest ingredients? Just a profit making den. Avoid, avoid.

Dry over-cooked and not very nice meat. The days of good moist juicy burgers from Burgeroom is gone very sad indeed

Reasons why this restaurant gains three stars:
    1. The beef patty is great. The fat-to-meat ratio creates a rich flavor.
    2. The amount is just right, not too full, won't feel not enough.

Reasons why it loses two stars:
    1. The bread-to-meat ratio is not perfect. The bread is too much.
    2. Take a look at the pictures, the burgers are expected to be consumed with knife and fork, which I think is not suitable for burger because burger was invented to let people consume conveniently right?
    3. The restaurant's image made me expect excellent food. But the fact does not meet my expectation.

The place gets two stars instead of one because the seating and atmosphere is nice, other than that the burgers was an extreme disappointment, over seasoned and drowned in some kind of sauce, which doesn't go at all with the salad and its dressing you get on the side, especially compared to what you pay.
The Foie gra was tasteless as well.
    Skip this place.

Burger itself is okay, not too bad. Service is impressive though. With lots of empty tables at 9:30pm on a Tuesday, I was not allowed to be seated on a larger table but gotta sit right next to another table of customer, or, bar table. Will never go again. There're many better places enjoying burgers in hk.

Big portions with quite a lot of choice of burgers. I love it! But you need to line up during busy dinner time starting at like 7 so be a bit early if you wanna try this one out!

The food is fine. The burger is juicy. The bun-to-meat portion may not be well balanced but i enjoyed it. The bun is thick n soft, so do the meat, it's thick and juicy. The drink is fine as well. My first burger joint in HK..will try other places and compare. It may come down to personal liking in the end. Cheers!

The beef burger is just average. At this price you get a lot more better choices around. The seats are not particular cozy. To be fair, it seems quite many people come for their non-beef burger. Hmm, foie gras and soft-shell crab burger? Seriously, I don't see the point how it would be offered at all and do not bother to try. I have no comment on these "specials".

Tasty burger but a bit expensive. The beef is juicy and the French fries and crispy. The store is located in a quite area in causeway bay. It's a good place for friends gathering.

Really excellent little burger place. Fast service, great food - if you DON'T want the burger cut in half then you need to tell the server that when you order!

upon entry the burger room appears to be a nice stop for a delicious burger. with full tables, seemingly happy customers and a variety of burgers on the menu. however, my experience there was far from expectations. after finishing half of our burgers, my family and i noticed our patties were raw! the patties are simply too thick or perhaps the chef is. they regrudgingly recooked the other half and slopped it back onto the plate. overall, it was an extremely unsatisfactory dining experience. furthermore due to consuming the raw patties myself and my sister then spent the afternoon reliving the experience over the toilet bowl. do not go here!
