  Friendly and helpful staff with good enough English to get things done.
  I'm deducting a star for having to pay for a more expensive parcel charge because I paid with a credit card (VISA), slow option was not an option apparently.

  The Hong Kong airport post office is a disgrace to Hong Kong. Staff cannot speak English and I had to remind the member of staff who served me to provide me with an air mail stamp. Considering the location at an international airport, you would have thought Hong Kong Post could have allocated more competent staff to work at this location.
