  First off, how you treat customers would determine if they return to your business, regardless of the appearance of the facility. The owner Mr. Cadogan doesn't know how to speak to customers and has no flexibility. I paid for 2 nights for a colleague who ended up having to leave by midday on the second day (usual check out time). His room was therefore vacant on the second night. I asked for a refund since the room was free and Cadogan blatantly refused. A smart businessman would at least refund half the cost to secure future business and cater for inconvenience caused. Instead, he told me not to return so I made it clear that he lost the business from an entire company which I represent.
  
  The rooms & service:
  -Rooms are too small
  -No hot and cold and water is not always running in the shower
  - loud music is played in the yard while guests sleep
  - no blankets in an AC roomjust thin sheets
  -no microwave
  -no iron
  -no front desk staff during the night, causing a guest to be locked out etc
