We had to make a last minute booking in Georgetown and this hotel was mid range in pricing.
The staff was nice, the rooms are clean and facility is adequate, but compared to others in town, I feel this apartment is a bit over priced. a 20 - 30% price reduction would have made this a 4,4.5 star review. Still the stay was pleasant. Not too convenient to get to places, it's on the main highway out of town, there are no food or shopping really near by. You need to get to Giftland for those. Despite the previous review, we had no issues with wifi.

Apart from the cost.. There isn't a proper generator, the WiFi and cable service is poor and it seems management just wants to make the money without keeping tenants in mind. Although self contained, would not recommend for a long term stay.
