Usually very happy with Wendy’s but today I went to AGANA drive through today 1:15pm. Ordered Southwest avocado salad; out of that. Then ordered taco salad; paid. Opened my order to eat and found only lettuce tomatoes and cheese. No taco parts and no dressing. Sorry Wendy’s you get an “F” today. �

Called and went to the drive through and I asked the cashier if she could throw it away, she gave me attitude.

Went to Agana drive through this morning. Tried to order a big chili rice but it wasn't ready yet. The cashier was so kind in her apology that it wasn't ready yet that I almost felt bad for ordering. I don't expect good customer service from fast food places, but when I get it, it's a pleasant surprise.

Went to upper tumon drive thru last night somewhere between 830-900pm we were purchasing with a gift card we recieved during the holidays. Took more than 10 minutes for the cashier to figure out how much was the difference we needed to pay and took him another 5 more minutes to finally call a manager for help, went ahead and got our orders on the next window of course we had to double check if we had all the things we ordered! These 2 ladies wearing black uniform no idea if they were managers yelled out thank you in a rude way! As if they wanted us to leave already!!! We ordered 2 kids meal and didnt find a toy in the bag so i asked for it and she just handed me the toys and told me you are too far!!! Is it the customers fault that you cant reach?! Really?! You dont have to have smart ass comment to a customer! Asked for mayo and ketchup told me she only had one packet of mayo left! They wanted us to hurry up and leave that bad! And at the end of thT they didnt even care to say thankyou! I was holding myself back from arguing because i know better! If you dont like your job, quit! Youre getting paid to do a simple damn job serve paying customers or did they even train you guys to treat people who pay with gift cards differently?! Hmm?! Rude and poor customer service! If you dont want a long line in your drive thru do your job right and get the damn orders right! Dont blame the customers!

Went to the Wendy's in Upper Tumon, they were out of Coke so I ordered a lg orange juice. The girl behind the counter filled it 3/4 of the way and put the lid on it. I opened it in front of her and asked if she was going to fill it all the way, she said "oh we are out of orange juice, do you want me to add ice?" I told her no and made a comment about being charged for a lg when it wasn't filled. She just stared at me. My girlfriend's drink had diet coke all over the outside of the cup. I asked for a customer comment card and she said she didnt know what I meant.seriously?! Never going to that Wendy's again.

Upper Tumon Wendy's always gives the coldest, stalest fries. And if you eat inside you also get a free side of flies. They're buzzing all over the inside of the restaurant. It also smelled like a dead animal or rotten food at the front counter near the sink. Good burgers though.

Been with wendys for long, and it's the best happiest 8 years of my life. I know there's always ups and downs, but I can always say that I've had the best a most wonderful bosses ever. I really miss everybody, and especially my crew. Hopefully one day I visit and see u all.
Miss you all so much. I Wish Mr.and Mrs. Espaldon the very best. Miss you Jun and Sumi, and love you guys always.

I went to the Wendy's in Barrigada and they got multiple parts of my order wrong. They didn't give me one of my drinks and a Frosty that I ordered. To top it off they didn't even give me a receipt to see if I was charged for the missing items. Come on Jun Espaldon.

Went to dinner there last night ,it was awful it is sad when you can say a slice of pizza from QT is better than Wendy's !!! I don't know what happen to Wendy's but they should not be able to sell the JUNK they are selling !!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !! I AM ALREADY SPREDING THE WORD AS WELL !!!
