Trainers here know what they're doing. The regimens vary so that you make the most of your time when you show up to exercise, and leave looking forward to your next session. Training here is fun and functional, making the push to improve yourself enjoyable. I recommend Steel Athletics to anyone with an interest in fitness.

Being a person who's intimidated by gyms in general Steel Athletics made it comfortable and welcoming from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Their professionalism and hospitality made it easy for me to ask questions and be open about my fitness goals. The staff is extremely motivating and the actual gym set up is perfect to me. I would and do recommend Steel Athletics to everyone trying to make a healthy lifestyle change or just shopping around for a different scene.

Couldn't ask for a better gym or people/coaches to train with. Whether it's the mixed martial arts classes, jiu jitsu, high intensity training or many others that are always being updated, I always leave feeling I've improved myself mentally and physically. Great gym! It's nice and peaceful in the morning, and the facility itself is extremely clean, and well maintained. Very welcoming staff, and trainer Patrick U. Is awesome!!! He's very well rounded, straight to the point, and made every minute count with my workout. I go to multiple gyms on island, but I'd highly recommend Steel over most. You just can't beat their prices, and bang� for your buck.

A spacious, modern MMA and jiu jitsu facility located conveniently near Guam's shopping and tourist district. The ambience was first class. The star of the show was the 24' Throwdown MMA cage. It was love at first sight.
