A terrible place ! Rats in the Kirchen everything is very Dirty there ! I would Never recommend anybody to go there. The hostel is also bad, beds are hard and they had bedbucks if I was there! The worst place I have been to !

Awesome place in San Pedro la a Laguna It's a hostal with a nice bar and pool area right on the edge of the lake Have a very unique dining area with low tables and pillows to sit on the flooreither or actually pretty comfortable.. the food was good I suggest the chilli cheese fries of some sort The service was pretty awful took forever to get drinks I believe the appetizer came before we had all our drinks

PROS: friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean pool, good food CONS: wifi does not work in rooms (I paid for a private), my shower water was cold, locked me out on Saturday so I have to climb the fence while slightly inebriated

They take your passport for the duration of the stay, which I think is illegal. The place is kept clean and the facilities have a great potential however the not-so-friendly staff, the strange atmosphere created by the people staying there and the garbage in the lake just outside the pool area make it a not so great place to stay. I wouldn't come back.

The place itself is beautiful A swimming pool, lake views, grass and restaurant with good food. Unfortunately, the guy who runs the reception is rude, took our passports for the duration of our stay "for safe keeping", the food is a little on the pricey side, pool was dirty and the atmosphere was quite unfriendly and the vibe was very strange + they tried to charge us for things we didn't eat. Overall, we left early and would not recommend this place.

Great place to have fun and spend the day, the hostals are comfortable but the music of the bar too loud and near the rooms.

Good common area and food but otherwise very disappointing. We were given a private room by a generally unwelcoming and unhelpful staff member. The room was clean enough but lacked ventilation meaning it became hot and humid inside very quickly. But the worst aspect of this hostel was how loud it was. We were not warned that music would be blared outside of our room until 1 am or that early every morning somebody would be yelling panajachel for some reason. Would never recommend this place.

I didn't stay here, but I walked in and had lunch. The food was excellent and looking around it seemed the amenities were equivalent. They had some really nice areas to just sit and relax.

The falafel bread for lunch, with extra avocado, and lemonade. Or chill on the sunny pier above the lake. Looked like a nice hostel place too, would have definitely stayed if had some extra days
