It was awesome because it had a pool, a private beach .A good view from the hotel and tourist sites and the WiFi is pretty sharp fast .it was the best hotel I ever gone to .

Not sure about the other rooms, but mine was clean, big and the view was amazing!!! I stayed at the 14th floor, so I had a perfect view over Lake Atitlan (plus a small part of Panajachel!). Plus the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is pretty basic and WiFi not good at all, but who needs WiFi at such a beuatiful spot!?

We stayed at this place for two nights. The first night, when we opened the bed, we found hair all over the sheets. We contacted the manager of the apartment we rented from in this building to inform him and request new sheets be given. We were encountered with the excuse that only two sets of sheets existed for this apartment. He mentioned that the second set of sheets we're still wet. I asked him to bring them regardless. He never came. The cleanliness of this apartment was subpar. Otherwise the apartment was beautiful with two bedrooms, two restrooms and a breathtaking view of lake Atitlan. to add insult to injury, when we arrived they informed us that they had fumigated the building the same day of our arrival. There was a smell of insecticide in the building. However when we entered the apartment the smell was not in the apartment. lastly although the buildings are beautiful and easily accessible the main road, getting into the buildings is quite difficult due to very road condition.

I should clarify that the apartment we stayed in is not part of the hotel itself. Rather it is rented out privately and advertised through Airbnb. The tower is Tower C. Apartment on the 7th floor.
