A friend brought me here as a birthday surprise and the entire day was overall amazing! I️ love that they escort you to each of your next services and there is always someone close if you have a question. It seemed that every one of their employees spoke English.

I️ have to rate this a 4 for a few reasons. It’s in a very strange area to get to! While we were doing the thermal circuit the spa itself had a great feel but was disrupted by the sounds of heavy traffic and honking of large trucks.

My friend purchased the Uber package, where they reimbursed for our Uber ride there and doubled that amount to give her cash. I’m not sure the exact cost but that is a cool feature.

When it was time for lunch we sat outside and were given a menu for their main restaurant. My friend had me ask to get the other menu as the information she found said there were 2 restaurants. Our server said that no there was only one and as we explained that she saw the other menu he found a supervisor and the other restaurant actually belongs to the hotel at the top of the hill. He was very accommodating and drove us to the hotel so we could eat lunch there, and that truly made the experience amazing.

One down point is that our package did not “include” the use of robes. We had to ask 5 times before we received the robes, we didn’t care that there was an extra charge, it was just uncomfortable that every other person had a robe and we did not.

Amazing place to relax and disconnect from the world. I stayed there for 2 nights and they gave me a complete package at a decent price. First day we woke up early and climbed the Pacaya Volcano that lasted a couple of hours. Our guide was extremely good which i suggest you tip them because they work off tips. Came back to the hotel around 10am and it was time to start our therapeutic pools session.

It involved jumping from pool to pool (4 of them to be exact) at different temperatures hot and cold for 10 mins and the final session of 5 mins each. My body felt great and rejuvenated the next day especially after climbing the volcano and Mayan ruins in tikal.

After the pools we were escorted upstairs to start our 30 mins massage. The massage didn't disappoint. We followed that with a couple of beers and some really good food and we went to the bar located at our hotel.

Our package included unlimited mixed drinks so it was safe to say were done by the end of the night lol.

The view from the restaurant won't disappoint since you will have a open view of the volcano while you drink and dine.

Overall I will come again next year.

Beautiful spa and grounds. We went as a group, prearranged. Check in was was worse than chaotic. Most of us were unable to get what we paid for due to the excessive check in time.

The thermal pools will wake up your body and between the steam bath with eucalyptus, the body scrubs, messages and hot tubs, you will be a new you at the end of the day. reasonable prices too.

So relaxing, good massage would definitely recommend it to anyone that has been doing a lot of walking in Guatemala. And the restaurant wasn't half bad either.
