The hotel room I stayed in and the owner deserve 1 star, but the hotel staff: Carlos and Juan in particular were great and that's the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I paid the most money on my trip for lodging at this hotel and I will never be going back. Our room (#9) was right next to the laundry room and we heard the laundry going for a majority of the time we spent in our room. After we got back to our room we found that our hot water did not work so showering wasn't an option. The internet rarely worked and the room we had been shown before we booked our stay was not at all the one we were given. After discussing this with the hotel staff we were told that we could have free breakfast, although breakfast was already included with your stay. We asked for only a partial refund in the morning due to the misleading room we were shown and expected and the hot water not working, but we were told that there was a strict no refund policy, even when half the annemities you're paying for don't work. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but if you are staying here, make sure you're not staying in room #9.

Good rooms, nice breakfast, helpful stuff. Carlos the owner is a very nice guy. Excellent location.

It's a nice hotel, price is a little above average. Garden is pretty and quiet. Rooms get most of the noise from the public area.
