We booked online. When we arrived, we were told that there is no room, and we would be moved to a different "better" hotel. That hotel had very few reviews and of lower score. They said they had contacted us by email (they hadn't). We refused, and after some back and forth they decided to shift a different reservation. Sorry about that.

The rooms are basic but clean. Beds were not very comfortable, and it was noisy in the morning due to other travellers who were waiting for a pickup talking in the central area.

Very good hostel well centered with 1 bathroom per room with 4 bed which was great. It is just very noisy when people forget they are not the only one on Earth and speak very loudly in hallway. Nice staff

Central, cheap, nice terrace with Mountain view, but small rooms and you hear always other people coming home in the night

Location was good, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. The room was clean and well-equipped with ensuite bathroom.

The staff were very helpful - I wanted to extend but they were full the following day so found somewhere else for me.

Good value and I'd certainly stay again.

Everything you can expect from a hostel. Very clean and organized and safe. Some guests, however are usually dirty Europeans or north Americans who don't care about showers and reek the entire dorm with their pot and sweat smells.

Nice Hostel near to the central place in Antigua Guatemala. This place has a guest kitchen. And is really a good place to sleep.
