Milton, the host is amazingly helpful and the house is nice. We got an upgrade when we got there and you have a kitchen, living room and garden.

This place is great! Full of friendly people and owned by a local family. There's free drinking water, a really nice kitchen, working wifi, a lovely garden with hammocks, a cat and an adopted street puppy What more could you need! Also rooms are 75Q for a shared bathroom 100Q for ensuite :)

Very nice place in the centre of the village. The owner is super friendly always happy to help. Big kitchen. 80 quetzales for a private room.

For the price you pay it is a good value.
The first night we arrived the owner took is for a little walk around Sam Juan and showed us a nice place for dinner.
In general the owner is really nice and helpful.
We found ourself in middle of the community and an older gentleman showed us how the coffee process works - in the garden of the hostel.response / report this review -

The beds are comfy, the kitchen is usable and the people are great! I would definitely stay here again!

Buenas y sencillas instalaciones. El dueño es siempre muy amable, paciente y buscando el confort de los huéspedes. Siempre recomendamos este lugar.
