WOOOW! This is the hotel with bungalows based in the water so the scenery you get from the window of your room is amazing. They offer lovely food and the views from the restaurant are stunning. The swimming pool that this hotel have is gorgeus too. They have so many ammenities and one of them is like a little zoo. Its an amazing and luxurious accommodation.

Loved my stay here!!! Definitely worth the money trust me. The rooms are super nice, comfortable beds, hot showers and more! You won't be disappointed. Also, the staff there are super friendly and helpful. :D I didn't want to leave will be coming back my next vacation to Guatemala

The staff here is incredible, so helpful and go above and beyond for whatever was needed! Especially the following staff:
Elmer -Julio -Nelson- Karla -Herbert(Gerber)- Iara -Eric our tour guide and the driver with Eric was Antonio-
Carlos who drove us to the city of Flores. Wow, they made me and my fathers time here a wonderful one. The rooms were beautiful and the service was exquisite. I would reccommend any family to come here! The pool and view of the lake is gorgeous. Go to Monkey Island it is included with your stay at the hotel! The monkeys hopped on our boat I couldn't believe it they were so cute! I want to go back one day and I plan on it since my father and I had such a great experience here!!
