Afternoon to evening it's a great place to chill. They host a pubcrawl where they protect you through traffic for all the folks who attend, which was pretty fun. Hostel prices seem typical, with a nice staff and owner (at this posting), and they hace a large hangout in the back. Seating is a bit uncomfortable, but you forget about it, I went back often.

Great hostel with brilliant staff (especially Ellie)! We stayed in the 23 bed dorm as it was the only place we could find last minute for Semana Santa and were pleasantly surprised. The big dorm doesn't have beds, just mattresses on the floor, however they are the most comfortable mattresses ever. The small dorms downstairs do all have bunk beds. Be aware that this is a party hostel so it can get noisy. Usually most people go out when the bars close at 11 and it quietens down, but then at 1-2 people come back and it can be noisy again so if you want to sleep right through, bring some earplugs. Sunday morning can be pretty loud too, most people go to a local 'pool party' until about 6am and whilst we were here the party continued in the upstairs bar once they got back. The staff here are very helpful and can book shuttles, volcano treks etc. for you. Some days they offer food for a good price from the kitchen at the front which is tasty and filling, and from time they offer activities.

Management is lacking. Worked there as a bartender for a little over a week. Lost the Party along time ago. Still there is a rooftop tarrece that has an amazing view of volcano fuego which is usually erupting ( usually around 930. Pm) definitely worth a look but better places to spend your money.

Cool spot. Be aware spot is cash only. No signs. Only way to find out is when you are handed the bill and you hand them a card. Atm is near by luckily

Bit of a wAcKY pARtY hostel vibetrying a bit too hard to get everyone to drink excessively. But, a nice spot for an evening beer on the terrace. If the music's too loud, they'll probably turn it down for you.
