Good hotel, the room was large and comfortable during my stay. It is close to the airport and restaurants. The management is also flexible, I recently had to cancel another booking and they canceled for free, which I appreciated.

The hotel is nice. Breakfast is included for all guests. I would say the rooms aren't as comfortable as some of the other places I have stayed in Guatemala City. My room was by the elevator and there was a lot of noise from people walking by. The internet was work pretty well. If you drive you have to park in the camino real parking and it is a bit difficult to navigate the halls and get to the Biltmore.
