Excellent hotel. Great location walking distance to plazas bars restaurants. Maybe in a bit cramped area during rush hour but seems most hotels are in the same area. Hotel provides good bar good restaurant awesome cafe. Excellent gym. Pool was under construction but it should be cool too.
Great staff and good value rates. Close convenient to airport. Rooms are comfortable bathroom has stand in shower. Ok tv. Good views. Good working Desk. Traditional food restaurant next door and other good international places within 10 min walk.response / report this review -

I got an even numbered room. Caution this side of the hotel since there is a club with live music (loud) until about 1-2am. Overall I thought this hotel was noisier than expected. Rooms were nice however, and the staff was accommodating to get me into a room early.

I was surprised at the quality of this hotel, as the US chains are just awful. It appears to be a new building, so it is modernTheaff here is absolutely lovely, patient, and incredibly helpful - every single one of them, most if not all the staff is bilingual. The pool is outside, which may be a big deal for some. The deal we got through Expedia was great. The hotel has certainly gained a long term customer! See you next year, Holiday Inn Guate!

There is a pool and gym in the 4th floor, we had a room with breakfast included not sure if all rates include breakfast. It was alright nothing too over the top. The stay was pleasant although I must say its a bit noisy since a lot of cars go around as well as the airport is near to the hotel so you can listen to the airplanes go really close by. Lovely view though

The remodeling work is great. Choose the room on the Hard Rock hotel side. There is no club lounge in this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Good location.
