I went to tanoshii restaurant inside the hotel. This A M A I Z I N G. Customer service is excellent! And the food is the best part. Everything well served and tasty!

This hotel had an excellent service. Staff is really helpful and friendly Guatemalan style.
Rooms are cozy. There's a pool at the 5th floor.
We had a major event here and the staff was always keeping track of everything and taking care of even minimal details.
Even major events with loud music where at the venue the rooms are quiet.response / report this review -

Terrible service. Don't even deserve one star. The staff and waiters dont know anything about service and the receptionists at the lobby cant be more disrespectful. They are so racist and respond to you in such a rude manner. I go ask about their hotel service as a visitor and what they do is snap back at you literally telling you to figure it out by yourself. It's their hotel they are working in, they should know better. I feel so sorry for them, working with thay type of mind set.

Central to just about everything you need, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Staff are friendly and a attentive to every detail. Excellent standard fare and a Sushi bar as alternative, plus a 3rd restaurant, but didn't eat there.

Possibly the largest hotel in Guatemala City. Nice decoration, a variety of restaurants, nice bar, swimming pool, spa and very nice and clean rooms. It is on the high end though.

The hotel is a nice place. The staff is phenomenal and the customer service is exceptional. My only real beef (and this is a major one) is that there is a disco across the street absolutely blasting deep thumping bass until 3 or so in the morning. This has been all this week. It's incredibly distracting and (needless to say) makes it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, it's a five star place.

Love this hotel!! You can see the beautiful volcano from your room. The room is clean and big.The staffs in restaurants are very kind. The sweets are amazing! Especially creme brulee! Papaya juice is also recommend!
