My husband, our 1 year old and myself recently stayed at Eco Hotel Los Próceres and I’m sorry to say that we are deeply disappointed. The location is great and the staff is incredibly nice but unfortunately that does not make up for the lack of cleanliness and the deterioration of our room. There was no hot water, we had to wait for them to fix it and replace the shower head because it was leaking a lot and after they “cleaned”, we were left with a dirty towel on the bathroom floor and I was left to clean the toilet seat that got soaked with water. Also because it’s located on a main street, there’s a lot of traffic noise and there were weird sounds coming from the AC unit in our room which made it hard to have a good night sleep. We initially thought we would be spending two nights but getting through one night was a struggle on it’s own. I must say that the staff was super nice though.

Terrible hotel! The rooms stink of mold. They gave us one room and we had to ask to be moved because it had a huge stain on the wall of humidity, sadly the new one still stinky. The bathroom are also bad, it wasn't completely clean, I found hairs everywhere, even on the bedsheets. They charge Q400 for the room which I think was expensive since the room was in really bad shape. One last thing, the pitcher for water was also dirty. We needed to stay because it was so late. Never again.

La atención deja mucho que desear, el parqueo es muy reducido y te mandan a otro lugar si está lleno, los baños están en malas condiciones, unas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y otras no y valen lo mismo, no siempre aceptan pago con tarjeta (depende del recepcionista que te atiende).

Muy desagradable; nada que ver las fotos con la realidad; pedí cambio de cuarto y ambos con olor a humedad muy fuerte, las paredes de los cuartos con moho, las cobijas se sentían humedas, el baño en peores condiciones, las toallas viejas y no sabia si eran gris o era mugre. Nada recomendable y necesita mtto uuuuurgente; la mesa y microondas nada agradable para comer. Responsables del hotel espero tomen en serio los comentario o solo llegaran clientes ingenuos. Lo que califican con 5* no se a que hotel fueron.

Ventajas: la ubicación, el precio, hay agua caliente muy abundante, personal amable.

Desventajas: toallas deterioradas, un poco ruidoso por estar al lado de la ruta (aunque dependerá de la habitación escojas), desayuno no incluido.
