Finca tatin is on a gorgeous location in the jungle. The commen area is spacious and is good for relaxing and the sauna is also great. The dorm was basic and very damp but other than that fine. The communal dinner at the end of the day wa nice and that food was good. However, the breakfast/lunch menu is very westernized and unimagenative and not so good. Mainly just fried stuff and pizza. Trustsystem works well and most of the staff is friendly. It is a good place to swim and relax. There is no WiFi which is not per se a problem but might be handy to know in advance. Dorms are cheap and food is reasonable priced, but some ther things, like the boattrip there which is 90q one way, are a bit high. Besides the solar power there is not much ecological about this place.

Finca Tatín is one of the best places I ever stayed at. The great dinners with all guests together at the end of the day combined with no WiFi (or barely any) makes for a great place to meet people, chat and share. Surrounded by nature in a gorgeous place. Oh, and the staff is beyond any expectation.

An amazing place where to stay in a friendly mood. You can swim, relax or do wathever you want to do in the middle of the jungle! We were a group of 10 persons and we really enjoied Finca Tatin! Thank you for everithing!

Perfect place to relax. Very helpful staff making your stay easy and trouble free. Honour system works well but be sure to bring cash as they don't accept cards. Very little WiFi. Finca Tatin is almost an eco lodge producing solar energy but has alot more to consider. The meals are nice if a bit westernised which is why I've given 4 stars. Lots of activities from kayaking to jungle treks or trips to Belize or simply swinging on the rope swing dropping into the river if that's all you have in mind. Clean rooms and tranquil surroundings make for a good night's sleep.

Beautiful spot with a great staff. Food was good. Dinner was a public event and it was great to interact with people from all over the world. The spot on the river is calm. You can swim and kayak right there or take a boat down to Livingston. The accommodations were nice. It's a relaxing vibe perfect for older kids and adults to hang out and enjoy the peace on the river. I wouldn't recommend taking a toddler but 8 and up would enjoy it.

Finca Tatin is one of the best places I was staying during 3 week Guatemala trip and one of best I ever stayed. For days in middle of nature and cool people.

Amazing place if you want an adventure! Te whole vibe of the place is incredible and it's almost an undescribable experience. If you have a chance to go, go!! Don't miss out!
