  Very nice place with many things to do, a bit too big for my liking and there are no phones or safes to store my stuff. Overall it's decent but definitely your best bet if you're staying in Rio Dulce.

  My Family and I had a great experience, from the moment we stepped in til we got out. The location is perfect, it's in town and almost next door to El Castillo de San Felipe Nice hotel with beautiful views and really wonderful amenities, A/C, hot tubs, chill spots, the place is clean and quite. I had a free trip in Kayak courtesy of Banana Palms Hotel beacause I booked 2 rooms, I hope I'll visit again soon.

  Pasamos un fin de semana muy cómodos con mi familia. El personal muy amable y servicial. Calidad de la comida muy buena. El chef fue muy atento ante una solicitud por el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Definitivamente regresaremos y será nuestro destino favorito en Izabal.

  Excelente opción para Río dulce un Hotel muy completo para toda la familia! Ciertas cosas que le faltan como teléfono en las habitaciones es difícil solicitar algo hay que llamar por su teléfono particular! Y atención al cliente debe mejorar !!! En el área de recepción!
  Todas las de as áreas super educados área de limpieza meseros educados amable!
  Lo demás comida rica lugar muy lindo!

  Exelente entre una vegetación exuberante, un hotel de gran calidad, con embarcadero propio y piscinas de agua climatizada, además de playa a la laguna. El personal excelso y amable

  Great place to bring family and have a great time. It is the best hotel arround by far. Boat trips from USD 50.00 up to 300. Jet Ski's for rent from USD40.00. Food os very good, specially Tapado a local sea food soup with coconut and plantine. Very close to San Felipe's Castle.

  The hotel was very nice. It is in good location to the Castle. The people were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the restaurant people work very hard and went out of their way to help us. We had a wonderful time there.
