Tiene una playa privada y limpia a la orilla del Lago de Izabal, con ambiente familiar y buena atención.

Un lugar excelente para disfrutar una vacaciones. Tiene una hermosa playa de arena dorada, con muelles donde podrás disfrutar de un rico descanso en sus sillas o hamacas. Cuenta con restaurante con exquisita comida (sugiero probar su delicioso tapado), el hotel es limpio y acogedor. Tiene bungalows para grupos o familias numerosas. Áreas verdes y mucha flora. Definitivo que volvería una y otra vez. (Por cierto he ido ya 3 veces)

Excelente lugar para relajarse en temporada baja, excelente servicio y comida, puede dejar el auto en un parqueo y llega un bote o lancha para traslado, no llega auto, excelente atardecer. Puede ingresar al lago aprox. 300 metros y estar de pie. Conoce tu país primero!!

Me encanta por que es un encanto estar alli es bello tranquilo es un lugar para compartir en fam. Jovenes niños es maravilloso unico hermosa Playa y a 100 mtrs. Aprox pronto tendremos otra belleza PALMBECH lo mejor para disfrutar estar en el agua todo el dia si usted hasi lo prefiere hasi que los esperamos si realmente quiere disfruta sus vacaciones Dios les bendiga

Great Location, good concept but let down by the poor customer service
We had to wait for one hour and fourth-five minutes to get in the boat, after a bumpy ride of 20 minutes we finally arrived we spent another hour trying to get the rooms that reserved over the phone the same day, finally we was given alternative rooms.
The restaurant close around 11pm a little early to be saturday, maybe they where short in staff but this weekend but we have to wait a lot to get service especially with the boat.
I was pretty disappointed because it has the potential to be really niceresponse / report this review
