Luxury place to stay exceptional kitchen the hotel has a very large pool inside the hotels main area. It is very close to the beach and the hotel provides a small mini bus to the beach every 20 min but is walkable distance. The shopping area inside the hotel is excellent with a mini market that you can actually find everything you need during your stay there a very nice boutique and a jewelry shop. The staff is very friendly and happy to help in anything you might need.

I have never felt so relaxed, comfortable and well-taken care of at a hotel. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful without exception. We felt from the moment we arrived that we were given VIP treatment, and we thoroughly enjoyed the aesthetic of the resort as well as the vistas of the sea. I would absolutely recommend, and our family is very grateful for the wonderful stay we enjoyed!

Royal Senses is the perfect resort for a Family holiday or even a romantic getaway.
We have spend one week in the beginning of May at this wonderful place. Besides the fact that it is very new and looks beautiful, the staff is Amazing. Every single one working here is so Friendly and polite. They Will do everything for you to make your stay unforgettable.
The first night we stayed with the four of us in a king Family suite. Although there is space for two adults and two children, we found it too small and a there was a lack of storage space. That’s why we moved to a villa the next day, upon extra charge.
It was located higher up the Hill, but the view here was even better and there is a cable car which can take you easily up and down within a couple of minutes.
The food was really good both in the Main restaurant (buffet) and the a la carte restaurant.
The spa was also very nice. We booked a massage and enjoyed the thallasso therapy while the kids stayed at the topi kids club. The kids club is quite big, with very friendly staff and they even provide healthy food for the kids.
Last but not least, the two big pools are really nice. They are so long, you can swim a very big distance without turning. One pool is heated and the other one is not and has salty water. There are also very Nice slides and a water splash playground for the kids.

The Royal Senses Resort & Spa might be the best property we’ve ever stayed at! From the breathtaking views to the amazing buffet, and not to mention the friendliest and most helpful staff ever!
Breakfast buffet was top notch.
Pool and lounge area is perfect and tons of beds.
Spa amenities were on point.
Good enough Gym services (maybe a Technogym upgrade is needed 😉)
Food and staff unreal!
We look forward to returning to Crete for this luxurious stay!!response / report this review -

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and all I can say is wow! We booked a room with a pool and when we arrived they upgraded us to a luxury suit that is a bit bigger. This is a new resort and it is stunning! The rooms are breath taking and the outdoor areas are amazing! My favourite part is you need to take a lift to get to your room and the views are stunning! Breakfast is great with sooo much selection. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is super clean! Unfortunately the weather was not great throughout our stay and we weren’t able to enjoy our pool so we enjoyed the spa. I would highly recommend this beautiful resort and would definitely come back!
