Bad experience. Stay clear. Let me say good things first.

Good: The unit is awesome. Great equipment and furniture. Self check in a breeze.

Bad: Location is pretty convenient but not right in the center. 5-10 min walk.

Ugly: staff is poorly trained and they use lobby as a housekeeping closet.
- On poorly trained, I booked a double room and explicitly told I don't want the room with view towards the white wall. Guess what? They put me there and when I objected they told me "told try to blame your mistake on us" and "we are good and don't need training". I'm pretty hard hitting but when I hear this I know these guys are becoming complacent.

Trust me…Best choice for our staying at Chania. Small cute hotel rated 10/10 for the location (center) hospitality, cleanliness, rooms (stylish and new) exact as the website photos, (including coffee maker,refrigerator,iron, hairdryer)….lv it..

Best hotel i have ever stayed!
Our room was very comfy and clean. The cleaning lady cleaned our room every day. Our stay was nice and quiet, the host was very polite and helpful. He suggested us many nice places to visit and was always willing to give us directions about the places we wanted to reach. We would absolutely suggest this hotel! Everything was excellent and we are very happy and pleased by our choice. 10++++!!!!!!!

Very pleasant and spacious room.
One room had 2 levels with spiral staircase. Not easy for elderly persons. Also no drawer space for clothes.
Easy 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in old town.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with separate living area and bedroom, coffee, balcony, a/c. High quality all around. Would happily stay here again.
