The views of this beach are on everyone's imagination. It is such a dreamy and unbelievable view! Absolutely must see. However the beach itself was little let down, after all that famous view is from the top and not seen while being at the beach itself. Also absolutely no facilities at the beach.
If you have limited time, just go see the view and slip going to the actual beach.

Great place!!! If visiting Zakynthos this place is a must. The beach is great, mostly sandy with some stony places and you can explore the shipwreck from inside. If you planning a visit, I'd go either very early or towards the end of the day as around 11 this place is full to a point that you can't even put the towel down. The boat from the near by port will take you on returning trip for €20 per person and they start sailing at 9am, every 20 minutes.

Nice little area, it's a stoney beach though so quite sore to walk on, so you need shoes you can get wet as boats drop you off in the shallow water and sturdy enough can walk on big and tiny stones comfortably. Nice little swim in the water too. It's a rusty metal boat that's been covered in graffiti. Nice ti be somewhere that's on so many postcards though :) and our tour stopped off to swim in the caves. Was a good trip :)

I was with a big boat trip. In the same time there was another two boats, so, it was to crowded. The shipwreck it is like ugly placed in the middle of a small beach. Personal i think it was better without it, because the beach it's one of the rarest in the world. The color of the water it is perfect. And the way with the boat to get there is very nice.

This is where you experience the Shipwreck in full. Since the ships can't dock anywhere, you need to kind of jump out of ship to reach the beach. Surrounded by huge rock wall, this place is just so beautiful. The sun shines in to water and gives it a light blue colour.

Excellent view and great water for a short swim, even though not worth to stay long due to the many tourist boats leaving smell of petrol. The ride to get here is magnificent (hence the rating). Shipwreck is amazing too.

One of the worst tourist traps ever, if you are going on the boat trip!! Sadly the beauty of the bay and beach is very quickly forgotten, as you dodge boat after boat with the occasional ferry throw in there. If you are going there you need at least two hours on the beach. That should give you at least 15 minutes uninterrupted time in the water.

We had six ferry's in the hour with over 300 people on each one, the place was heaving.

If you want to take a picture from the top the good news is it's free (minus car hire / cab hire) wear sensible shoes as the path along the top of cliff is not great, but the views are truly amazing across the bay.

it is a nice beach for the landscape. otherwise it's crowded and water isn't clear because of the limestone

Just beautiful. The only problem is: too many tourists. Climbing on the shipwreck is not recommended because the floor is rusty and it may break.

AMAZING! My friend and I could've spent hours just looking at this beautiful scenery. We loved it so much from above that we had to visit its shoreline the very next day! Highly recommend this spot!

One of the most outstanding places I have been to in the world and most marvelous waters I ever swam. The beached boat on land has potential to - still to this very day - release left over particles of asbestos from the hull so keep that in mind when approaching! The time is anyway spent best jumping from the highest deck of a tourist boat and right into the breathtaking light blue and crystal clear water as well as gazing up the white cliffs from the surface of the ocean.
